Communication of Admission Decisions
Admission Services will use the mailing address and/or email address provided by the applicant to communicate admission decisions. The University will not be held responsible for decisions sent to these addresses but not received. Applicants who applied using the OUAC application can view admission decisions through their OUAC account. Applicants not currently enrolled in an Ontario high school can also view admission decisions via their specified Admission Portal (access to this online tool will be made available once the application has been received).
Offers of Admission
Advanced standing applications are typically reviewed on an ongoing basis as they become complete (e.g. all required documents are received). Applications for limited enrolment programs will be considered at the same time in competition for the spaces which are available.
Note: Admission decisions for the D.V.M. program will not be made until after the deadline date for receipt of applications and documentation.
Applicants with in-progress courses may be considered for a conditional offer of admission. Those admitted will be required to successfully complete all in‑progress courses, as well as meet any additional conditions outlined in their offer, in order to retain their admission.
Offers issued on the basis of self‑reported grades and/or unofficial documents are conditional upon the University’s receipt of official documents that verify all stated conditions have been satisfied. All conditions will be detailed in the offer of admission.
The University reserves the right to revoke any offer of admission if an applicant fails to meet one or more of the specified conditions.
