This course introduces students to the field and research methods of various disciplines and of interdisciplinary studies, and it familiarizes them with field-relevant research skills and methodologies.

This course provides students with practical opportunities to engage in a variety of activities relating to the sharing of research in a post-secondary academic context. Students participate in such activities as conference organization, writing and presenting a conference paper, writing book reviews and encyclopedia entries, and editing academic scholarship.
